Windows
- Go to Settings
- Go to Privacy and Security
- Go to Location
- Enable Location Services
- Enable “Allow Apps to access your location”
- Allow XPoint app to access your location
MacOS
- Click on the Apple logo on the top left of the screen.
- Select System Preferences
- Select Security & Privacy
- Select Privacy
- Click on the Padlock icon
- Enter password and select Unlock
- Check Enable Location Services
IOS
- Go to Settings
- Go to Privacy and Security
- Go to Location
- Select PrimeSports app
- When a message pops up saying “Allow PrimeSport to use your location?”, select Always Allow or Allow While Using App (make sure Precise option is on)
- Restart App
