Two-Factor Authentication (commonly known as 2FA or MFA) is the best way to help Prime Sports keep your account safe from hacking, fraud and unauthorized account access.
When you log in, a 5 digit passcode will be sent to your phone to verify that the log in attempt is from you.
Once you have entered the 2FA passcode on a device, you do not need to do so again for a period of time on that device.
If you're unable to receive 2FA messages due to a lost phone or similar, please contact Member Services who will guide you through the process of gaining access to your account again.
