Desktop users must have the Xpoint application installed and running to be able verify your location prior to placing wagers on Prime Sports:

You may find it takes a few seconds after starting the software for Prime Sports to allow you to place a wager, this is normal and part of the system working as we'd expect.
If you have issues with the software or it not being able to verify your location even after waiting a while, please contact the Member Services team who will help troubleshoot the issue with you.
